For all of you who have asked just how the hell the power windows work, here is a few pictures to help you understand.

This is the motor, it uses a cable to turn a gear attached to the window regulator where the window crank use to be.

This is the gear assembly.  It uses a gear to turn the window regulator.

Here is a side view so you can get an idea of how flat it actually is.

Here is a complete look at the setup.  It took about a half hour per door to install and an additional half hour to wire up the swithces with the alarm.
